NC - 255 E Parris Ave, High Point - 9/25/14

I was very hesitate about bringing my car in because I had already been through so much with the City of High Point, who refused to do anything about the damage to my car, that I dreaded having to deal with anyone else. Much to my surprise and relief, it was a very smooth process from filing the claim, to scheduling my appointment, to dropping off my car and getting my rental! The rental car agency met me at Gerber when I dropped off my car...how cool is that? Mona is a gem. She was very helpful and courteous. Everything was fully explained to my satisfaction, and I felt a lot better knowing I was leaving my car in good hands. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in need of repair for their car. I was very pleased with the final product--the car looks brand new. I had other companies that I could have chosen, but I'm so ... gald that I chose Gerber. Although I hope I won't need their services in the near future, I am a client for life! read more

I made an appointment with Lori for 9/24/2014 to have a bumper cover fixed. I arrived as scheduled and Brandon took me home so work could be done on my Honda and he came back to my house to pick me up when the work was completed. Lori was most helpful. Brandon was the nicest young man and very polite. Nice to know people like Lori and Brandon exist. And my car was repaired in a timely fashion and for the price quoted.

The employees you have are very polite and knowledgeable about automobiles. I had the good fortune to work with Patrick, dealing with a bumper that was falling off of my car. Everything he stated was correct and needed to be done. It was even under the estimate! Raz did the repair work and the bumper looked as good as new. There were no gaps and the bumper was solid. Great people to work with! Keep up the great work!

Had some nasty paint eating spots on my new RAV4 hood. I took it to Gerber and Brian and Patrick looked it over and had their master paint man, Rob, remove the spots and return the hood to its brand new look and shine! Wow, do these guys do great work!

Gerber certainly delivered! Was promised a 2 day job but my vehicle was done in 6 hours! I picked it up same day! And Allison is very friendly, helpful and professional! Overall a very pleasant experience! Will certainly considered Gerber for any future auto body work!

The Gerber Collision and Glass team at 8813 Ice Drive, Raleigh, NC are outstanding! I went to Gerber for a minor repair of my driver's side mirror that was lost a local car wash bay. They were prompt, courtesy and very professional. Your motto is so appropriate - Highly Wreck-ommended! I am customer when they were "True 2 Form" and the service was outstanding then as well. A special recognition to Brian B. - GM and customer service representative Keith C. for outstanding service; they went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. If you give bonuses, they deserve it!

I would like to thank all the people that were involved in the repairs, body work, paint on my 2014 GMC Truck. The truck was damaged extensively in an accident and they made it like new again. I'm impressed with their work. I also want to say Thanks to Jennifer Ward for all her hard work in making this experience more tolerable while the repairs were made. She kept me informed every week on the status of repairs. She was always professional and willing to take the time to share details of what was being done.
