I was in a car wreck a little over two weeks ago, and my insurance company referred me to Gerber. From the minute I walked in, I was made to feel at ease. I wasn't hurt, but I was shaken, and Lori was kind, thoughtful, and calm in walking me through the process. Then, during the time of my repair, Brian called me about every other day or whenever there was an update. He let me know where my car was in the process, when they were waiting on parts, and when it would be ready. When I picked it up ahead of the projected schedule, my car was repaired beautifully and looked better than it did before the wreck. Amazing job. My great customer experience wasn't just about fixing the car - that's body work. My experience was about repairing a wreck. That's about genuine customer care AND workmanship.

Our car mechanic recommended this shop above the others in the area. We were not disappointed. Stephanie was excellent. She was knowledgeable, personal. and professional. She kept us informed of progress and delivery. We had major driver side door work done. I was anxious that it would never close correctly again. It is like factory new!1 I am very pleased with the repairs. Seriously, the door opens, closes, and fits perfectly!! Thank you!!
