Wonderful service from the minute you walk in the door. They keep you up to date on the progress of your car throughout the entire process, that is customer service! It is so refreshing in today's mind set of me me, me. I have been to other body shops and NOTHING compares to Gerber. A big shout out to Frank and Brittney for top notch customer service. I know where I will be recommending people to go.

My car looks great and it was a super-fast turnaround! Seriously impressed with the Garner location's service and ease of use. Sonny was thorough and explained everything. We have had all two of our vehicles (and a third one that we have traded in) worked on by Gerber and have been extremely satisfied. The customer service there is excellent. Patrick who assisted us in our last repair did an excellent job in detailing all that needed to be done and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the premises. We would highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repair done.
