Gerber was very proactive and provided top notch customer service. I had never heard of Gerber before, really had no need for their services, but after hitting something on the interstate that damaged the underside of my car, MetLife said take it to their preferred vendor in Raleigh - they are great. I thought we will see. I was amazed and satisfied with the whole experience. They explained things well, kept in touch with me and texted me on the progress of the service, and they made it painless. I asked for them to get it done one day early, and they did. Excellent service. Thanks for the experience - Gerber made me a believer and I would recommend this company to anyone that asks.

I am writing to commend your honest appraisal of a recent work done by one of your estimators - Andrew D. This was involving my 2012 Toyota Prius V which had a visible blemish on the passenger rear when I grazed against my garage. Prior to my visit, I went to one of your competitors who estimated the work around $1400. Andrew inspected the damage, walked to the shop and returned with a polishing compound. He rubbed the affected area several times and presto, the blemish was gone. He thus saved me costly repair bill. It is this type of dedication to excellence and integrity that brings customers back. Everyone was very friendly from the start. The staff was easy to work with. The work done on my car was done in a timely manner and the repairs were done correctly. They made it easy to drop off my car and get my rental car. Spoke with Lynn several times and she was helpful in getting answers to my questions. Customer service was great!
