Originally I came in on June 10, 2014 to get an estimate for a front spoiler replacement. Tex wrote up an estimate and called me a couple of times to follow up. I finally went in today to have it replaced. He had me in and out within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Let's start with my first appearance, it was awesome. i was kind of new to what i were doing but they were able to answer all my question and gave me more information. They kept me updated on every step of the way and i was truly grateful for that. The finished product looked like a brand new car. If i ever need there assistance again this will be the very first place that i come to. this deserve 10 stars not only 5 becasue they went above and beyond.

Awesome service and customer service. My car was estimated to take 3 days and was finished that very same day looking as good as new. Not only that but it was washed and vacuumed inside which I wasn't expecting. What a nice surprise. Diana, Brian, and Simon were all awesome. Thanks a million!

Gerber Collision & Glass is a well organized, polite and respectful. Although the dates was off by a few days I was still updated with new feedback as soon at they got it which made it much easier for me to work my day around it. They did a really wonderful job on my spouses car and is pleased with the service given.

Everyone at this location from start to finish was extremely nice to me! I was "not very nice" because I was mad at myself for having wrecked my van and having to go there and be without my car and regardless of my bad attitude they STILL were extremely nice the whole time! I'm so happy with the work! My van looks brand new! Better than before I wrecked it! Thank you soooo much to EVERYONE at Gerber on Ice Drive in Raleigh for ALL YOU DID for me! --- They even washed and vacuumed my car! So so so happy and pleased with everything and everyone! ..... By the way, I work at an auto repair shop and did not let them know this at all and I will definitely refer EVERY customer I have to them and hope their business prospers!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience! Andrew provided excellent customer service. Repair was very quick and looks brand new. My car had even been washed when I picked it up. I have also seen other work done by Gerber Gastonia and highly recommend to anyone in need of collision repair.
