My experience with Gerber collision and glass was very positive. They answered all questions I had, as they came up and kept me up to date on the happenings of my vehicle. They took extra time and effort to match the paint that was old and faded and buffed out headlights so they looked like new. I would have no issues with recommending them to people I know.

From the front desk CSR. Jessica, all the way through the detail process, everyone was wonderful! Harris was great in making sure everything was taken care of and provided. I have had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. They were very helpful and answered every question I had about my car and the process of getting it fixed. Plus, when the paying insurance company was being diffucult, Gerber took control, got me a rental car, and figured everything out! MY car was fixed MUCH faster than I imagined and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definietly be back (if anything else happens to my car in the furture) and will reccommed Gerber to everyone. So HAPPY!

i really appreciate the service yall did an amazing job. my car from just looking at the outside looks really nice. and hopefully the inside will look the same way. If so this place i will higly recommend to others and from now on if any damage is done, i will come here myself.

WOW WOW WOW. What and amazing this shop is. My beautiful Lexus was T-boned in Sept and my Nationwide Inc. recommended your Garner NC location. Having never had an accident before, I was not aware of what I should. I was asked to call Molly at the Garner office and she would walk me through what I need to do. When I arrived I was asked to have a seat and Kevin would be with me shortly. Well maybe 2 minutes passed and Kevin D. came over informed me he would be handling my claim and for my not to worry about anything. I was assured the work would be done and i would never know it had been hit. I was kept updated every cou[le of days on the progress of my car. Kevin and or Molly called me as promised.
