EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from front desk Michelle, and the rest of the crew. Very friendly and professional. Had some insurance hick-ups regarding insurance, rental car turn etc. Michelle was kind enough to make several phone calls, and took care of all the leg work! I couldn't be happier with the service I received at the 3506 Bragg Blvd location! My Chevrolet SUV had damage from front to back. It was returned to me, looking just like the day I purchased it. I would like to recognize everyone involved in the repair process: NATE, JASON & TYLER from the paint dept; GREG the tech who worked on my vehicle; TRAN who ran production; JOSH who ordered the parts; ERIC the detailer who cleaned my vehicle; DEANNA the CSR I spoke with each time I phoned and JENNIFER the estimator who completed a thorough estimate of my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the entire process! I had my hood on my 2006 lacrosse repainted under Nationwide warranty. The color (metallic) looks just like the rest of the older body color. People at work have commented that it looks like a new car. My complete car was detailed inside and outside. I appreciate the extra attention.

I took my Honda Fit in for repair of the back of the car that had been damaged in a wreck. Since the car is late model, I was concerned that the repair would lower the value of the car. When I picked it up it was PERFECT, you could absolutely not tell it had been in a wreck. Gerber employees were friendly and helpful throughout the process making it a much easier for me than I had anticipated. They even cleaned the inside of my car.
