My insurance company only recommended one place when my new car was rear ended. The feeling of having a new car hit, and not knowing if the work done will leave it looking as it was quite frankly sucked! When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Jennifer with a kind smile and with the guarantee that I would hardly notice. In record time my vehicle came out looking as it did the day I bought it! She explained the process in full detail and kept me in the loop at all times. Gerber Collision and Glass in Jacksonville, NC did a fantastic job repairing body damage on my Dodge Ram 3500. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Harris walked me through the process and sent me daily updates on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

Loved the fact that ALL I had to do was call in to make an appointment and the rest was taken care of. Got my rental car through the Enterprise, while the repairs were being made and even that was all set up for me. The updates were given via text message and calls were returned promptly. Appreciate the work and the help and will most definitely recommend the services.

The personnel and services at the Jacksonville Gerber are first-rate. They made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire process very thoroughly at every step. The receptionists and estimators are all very professional as well as extremely personable, which is a painfully rare quality in this age. Unlike most repair facilities, the work done on my vehicle looks to be as good as the day my Ridgeline left the showroom floor. I would recommend this location to any of my friends. I am a completely satisfied customer.
