I rarely have the time to do feedbacks, but feel compelled to write about my recent service at Gerber, and especially with Rodney who I worked directly with. Rodney went above and beyond, always keeping me in the loop, calling when he said, and delivering product repaired, and SPOTLESS. In this industry, I have found many individuals to be unprofessional, however Rodney sets the the New Standard of professionalism. Thank you Rodney and to Gerber for all you do! Keep up the great work! I have a windshield that needs replacing this month, and I will only allow Gerber to perform work.

Fast and friendly. Needed a bumper replaced after a minor accident. First one I've had in a very long time, and they guided me through the whole process. Convenience car rental which they were able to shuttle me the couple hundred yards to through the rain.

Working with Gerber is an example in customer service and quality delivery. Tex took great care of me the whole time! I was reading the mission and vision today when I was there waiting for the girl to get off the phone, and in the middle of call with the insurance company she made sure to let me know she was going to be right with me, acting out that mission and vision right there. She was great! And Tex did everything he could, including wiping my car down himself, to make sure he gave me the car how he said he would. He was also very pleasant and had excellent customer service every time I came in. As a small business owner myself, I very much appreciated the experience and will always refer Gerber and this location specifically!

My overall experience with Gerber was great. Charlotte at the front desk was very friendly and helpful especially when talking with the insurance company for us. Brian handled the car and kept us very informed throughout the process. I admit, with this being a new Jeep, I had become very determined to keep it looking in top condition. So when the accident happened, I was very worried that the car would not look the same. However, I was completely blown away by how good it looked; like nothing had even happened. I appreciate all the work the service guys did to get my Jeep back to looking great. Thank you to everybody at Gerber!
