Charlotte at the front desk is the glue of the office -- she holds the whole ball of wax together and she interacts well with the Gerber staff and the customers, alike. Efficient , warm, and persuasive. Susan, the adjuster, is very professional and capable, yet friendly. She elicits trust and respect. I appreciate her reminding me of the coupon online, and this made me feel that she was committed to Gerber, but she also valued me as a customer. That makes me want to come back to Gerber. Brandon, was not only a safe driver but a body worker who took pride in his work. This young man was polite and respectful -- someone raised him right. He also spoke about how much he appreciated the opportunity Gerber had given him to learn on-the-job and develop a career direction. He's a keeper. Laurie is a life saver. I worried how to make my way home ... with all the 5 o'clock traffic on I 70/Glenwood. Laurie gave me great directions that took me home in about half the time entirely avoiding rush hour hold ups. And she was so sweet and pleasant. Gerber's product [efficient effective and timely repairs at good prices] is excellent, and your staff is outstanding. I was pleased with the service that was provided. The company was able to clearly communicate and keep me informed on current updates regarding to the status of my vehicle. All of the employees that I delt with were competent and ere able to provide an abundant amount of information. If there is a time that I need to have work done on another vehicle, I will be returning to "Gerber" again.
