This place totally ROCKS! I had some minor damage done to my taillight cover on a Wednesday afternoon. Called and got an appointment for Friday afternoon, it took 20 minutes and it was DONE! The people were very professional (Susan), easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Gerber.
