I recently took my 2007 Honda Accord Coupe to Gerber after someone hit my car and damaged the right hand side of my rear bumper. Everyone I worked with was incredibly polite and professional and happy to assist me in getting it repaired. The entire rear bumper needed to be replaced and the work was completed in roughly a day and a half. I am very pleased with the results and very happy to have my car back! Thanks to all the staff I worked with at Gerber and to General Manager Brian Benish for taking outstanding care of my car and providing excellent service!

The service from start to finish was amazing! Communication is the key to get customer service and they go beyond the normal levels to keep their customers informed. My daily business never missed a beat due to their abilities to keep constantly movement in the repairs of my car. I would take my children's car there for repair I have that much faith in this shop!
