Unfortunately I have had to use Gerber's services three times int the last year, the last two at this location. In all cases the service has been top notch. I was kept advised on the progress of repairs and the vehicle was always delivered on or sooner than the date promised. The front desk gal at the Gerber location on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh is one of the friendliest most upbeat people you will ever deal with--which really helps when you are in a sad mood because of an accident involving your car.

Sonny was the professional that was in charge of repairing damage to my 2014 Toyota Corolla. HE explained in laymen's terms what repaired we being made and a time frame for completion. Quick, friendly, and excellent customer service. Car was ready by next day, so this location has quick service. The surgery they had to perform on my car was awesome. You can't tell someone even hit my car. All the staff was friendly and provided great customer service. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants quick and fast service. Most of all, a location that provides grade A customer service.

Receptionist Brittany was fantastic. She was friendly and always helpful. Brett was fast with his estimate and his expertise was incredible. He kept me informed through the entire process and explained everything in detail. I was treated with utmost respect. My car look phenomenal after the job was completed and there is a Lifetime Repair Guarantee. What a great way of saying that they are loyal and believe in their company. It only allows me to give 5 stars, but I would give this location a higher score if I could.
