I can't say enough good things about this place. After a semi-serious accident in October, I entrusted Gerber Collision with the repairs. Their communication was fantastic, keeping me informed and the insurance updated throughout the process. The repair work was top-notch, bringing my vehicle back to its brand-new state. If you're searching for a reliable place, I highly recommend them. Just a tip: be patient because quality work takes time. Huge thanks to Caleb, Susie, and Cheryl for their outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to fixing my car.

Stan and his entire crew did an excellent job of helping me with my vehicle. Fender benders are never a fun thing to deal with but the staff at Gerber/Mooresville were so nice and a joy to work with. They got my car in, in a timely fashion and right back out again. Plus, Ruby Sue the Subaru looked amazing to boot! They even detailed the inside! She looked good as new inside and out. Stan and the staff made the whole process easy and even enjoyable! Thanks Gerber/Mooresville for all the help and keeping me informed all the way through the process. I'm 110% pleased with the entire process, and will definitely come back if I need more repairs! Again Thank You!

The communication was great. They kept me up to date all along the way and were calm and helpful with what was a new and anxious experience for me. I have now driven my car for 700 miles since the repairs and it is great. Stan walked me out and showed me all that was done. I loved that they communicated with my insurance and car rental.

2022 Wagoneer..rear end damage. Excellent communication from beginning to end. Stan and others at this location were always so friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about me as a customer and my vehicle. The work was done to my satisfaction and amazingly completed days before promised. This was a real surprise considering that it was in the middle of Christmas holidays. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle. 5 STARS !

I have had the misfortune of using Gerber Collision FOUR times in the last few years. I promise you none of the incidents were my fault - one involved something being dropped off the Brooklyn Bridge (true story) - and I just kept going back to them for my service. I am from another generation where people cared about others and always tried to do the right thing. Sadly, that seems to be lacking in today's society. But the people at Gerber Collision are amazing! From Dewayne to LaShonda to Kayla - they kept me up to date on the repairs, they even had Eric drive me home after dropping off my vehicle so I wouldn't have to hire an Uber! After a deer hit my car, I chose the Statesville,NC location of Gerber Collision because it was one of my insurance company's preferred providers. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I knew where my vehicle was in the repair process. Amelia did a great job walking us through the initial process and was able to transfer us to the Cornelius location to get a faster repair. Jessica made sure our paperwork was in order. David helped us out when there was an issue with the repair while we were in Charleston, SC. He set us up with the Charleston, SC Gerber Collision and went above and beyond our expectations in letting us know the next steps to get the issue resolved.
