My car was hit and needed repairs. Gerber was on the approved list of repairers. I would like to give a shout out to Josh and Nancy. Josh kept in touch throughout the entire process. He explained what needed to be repaired and what was repaired. The work was completed days ahead of schedule. Nancy walked me through the administrative side. My vehicle looks great! Thanks Josh, Nancy and Gerber.

This review should have been written over a year ago but because of family illnesses & our daughter is now resting in heaven I wanted to make sure I kept my promise because your location is OUTSTANDING AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE PERIOD!!! Our name is Patricia & Russell. We live in Virginia Beach, and we were traveling to Florida to drop my mother off. I got in an accident that required me to leave my car at the Kia dealership. A Kia representative made sure my car was taken taken Gerber Collision & Glass, and she spoke highly of you all. I'm SCREAMING, with such joy, happiness , and the communication, work, and professionalism I received from the auto body technician who worked on my EV6 Kia 2022. His name is SAM, SAM he is "the bomb," and I'm just so thankful he helped me. The guy ... that worked on the color, thank you. The color is a unique yellow mustard, and they were able to match the color hood. Please note that they had to create my car color. When I picked up my car to drive back to Virginia Beach, Virginia, my car looked better than when I purchased it brand new. (Clelia and Karissa, because your customer service on the phone was professional, so loving, and you cared. Clelia, you better come visit me in Virginia. Sam is the man he truly cares about you're vechile. Meeting you all at the time of picking up my car was such happiness, and I truly appreciate everyone at this location. I can't recommend this business and its' site manager enough. I walked in one afternoon to ask for an estimate that would fix a number of scratches on my car. The manager let me know that they typically only do repairs tied to insurance claims, but he would take a look at my minivan for me. He took a look, then grabbed a buffer and ten minutes later 75% of the scratches were gone. He did this as a curtesy! I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond.

The manager David obviously loves his job and is really good at it. His front desk ladies are great as well, I personally worked with Dedra. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Another great job by Gerber Collision. This is is the 2nd repair we've had done there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They did an amazing job, not only with the repair itself, but also with keeping me update on the repair status and expected finish date. Awesome place.
