From beginning to end, everyone at Gerber Collision was wonderful to work with. They were able to get me in quickly and regularly kept me up to date on my car's progress with phone calls and texts. They have a good working relationship with Enterprise, making it so easy to pick up and return my rental car. I just got my car back today and it looks great. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. FIVE STARS!

Gerber collision and glass in Mooresville took care of my 16 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. While in their care they did a great job of contacting me and making sure I received all updates of my vehicle. Amelia did a great job contacting the insurance company and keeping them updated as-well. The team of mechanics that had worked together did a fantastic job on my vehicle, and you can't hardly tell there was damage. They even made sure it was cleaned before picking up. Thank you to everyone that helped.

When our vehicle was delivered, the delivery people put some pretty extensive scratches on the outside of it. Gerber got us in right away to be fixed and my car was only in for a little over a week! I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done! Our Volvo looks as if it came right off of the sales floor! Not only that, out estimator at Gerber, Ryan O., made sure that when we received our vehicle back, even though there was no damage done to the interior, it looked better than when we dropped it off, by having it detailed for us. What service! Hopefully, I will not need to, but if there is ever an issue with our vehicles, I will make sure to only come to Gerber for service!

Great experience! Zero complaints! They handled my insurance claim for me and kept me informed the entire time. Great customer service from drop off to pick up. Thanks and if I ever need anything in the future I will be back although let's be honest I hope I don't need to ??. I'll also be recommending to anyone else in need of glass or body repairs!
