Amanda was awesome! She was friendly and honest on the phone and made the process easy. Accidents are stressful enough, so it was nice to know Amanda was there to help and saved money where it could be saved. The store kept me informed while the car was being worked on. I hope I don't have to return there, but if I do need something repaired, I know where I will be going again - back to Amanda!

The first company I called in order to get an estimate said I would have to wait until the next day, but Gerber got me in immediately. The other driver was at fault, and I got a rental car at no cost for the duration of the repair. My Jeep Grand Cherokee rear end damage was repaired perfectly and I am "whole again"! Everyone was very courteous and accomodating, and I appreciated the frequent text progress updates. I will be sure to recommend Gerber Collision.

It is a shame i can only leave 5 stars, otherwise i would turn it up to 11. Laura at Gerber was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Her thoroughness & professionalism was much appreciated. To say she went above & beyond is a gross understatement. Laura & the entire Gerber team made what was previously an annoying and frustrating inconvenience into an experience that was almost enjoyable. While I hope to have no more need for their services in the future, I know where to go to the next time I need collision repair. Thank you Laura at Gerber!
