Amelia and Simone were excellent communicating and completing the job early. We did the walk a round car identify the any extra they could fix while vehicle was in shop, checked parts ensure no additional wait time and supportive-returning a call. Easy and would go there again.

Unbelievably awesome job on our Toyota Camry when a huge part of a tree destroyed the front end of our car. The insurance company almost totaled the vehicle. That's before the team at Gerber Collision & Glass worked their magic. Front end office contact Espanya kept us up to date while manager Dan and Technician Phil did a PERFECT job. Savannah and one of the other female employees at Gerber Collision in Harrisburg, NC did an outstanding job from A to Z processing my 2014 Mercedes Benz for repairs and assisting me with a rent a car . They should be commended for their diligence in making sure my vehicle was ready on the date they told me when I turned it in. The quality of work by Gerber was second to none . After getting a minor scuff on my automobile I took it took it to our local gerber shop in town. John was my service technician and did a GREAT job in getting the job done. He took pictures, gathered information from me and submitted it to my insurance company. They communicated with me several times during the process and had the car ready ahead of scheduled! There was a minor issue with the key fob not locking the car so after speaking with them they picked up the car at my house, got it reprogrammed and delivered it back to me. Excellent customer service! We've used gerber in different locations over the years, and have always received excellent service at every location. I highly recommend this company for repairs to your vehicle. Thanks from a very satisfied customer!!

Great experience. Easy estimate process and made whole process easy. Also helped guide me after collision in how to deal with reporting before knew would come there for business. Also appreciate the post collision envelope that shares info to make sure you get at scene (need to get driver phone numbers as police will not tell you)

Not only did they do a great job repairing my bumper from a minor incident I had, but when I got my truck back they had also cleaned the inside! All the dog hair, dirt and dust was gone. The truck was also washed on the outside, it was like having a brand new vehicle. The repair work was done very well, and communication with the company was great. I have already recommended them to family members.
