Gail and Randy were extremely friendly and walked me through the process of having my car fixed with no issues. The service was quick, they handled everything with the insurance company, and after a month of having the car fixed all seems to be working great. Even though no one ever wants to have to deal with getting their car fixed after an accident, accidents do occur. I would definitely recommend Gerber for anyone needing the service.

I have used Gerber on Market street for many past repairs and the work is super. They do excellent repair job and paint match. Plus they keep in touch the whole time with phone calls and text messages updating me on the process. When I picked up my car the work was completed and the car was even cleaned on the inside! I also love the convenience of the Enterprise rental in the office.

This has been an experience like no other. Craig and his team take vehicle repairs with extreme care and concern. The precision detail to body work and mechanics sets them apart from others. If you want to make sure your car comes back the way it was before then this is the place. Kept us up to date on all repairs and insurance claims. This is our second repair with them and we will continue to use them going forward. Again I can not began to explain the top notch service we received. This is something that most business lack and will never regain. hats off to you guys and continue the great work.

Frank was more than helpful. He made several phone calls for me and actually looked out for me when I had huge problems with car rental. The amount of phonecalls he made were way too much , so much that I felt bad for him and started to the phone calls myself! I wanted him to relax a bit because he told me how much work his store had. I never had anyone go this far for a customer. The updates were extremely helpful, they also finished TWO whole weeks ahead of time. I was getting sick of that rental car. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and my experience with Gerber Collision in Cary. Grayson was able to work with me and get an estimation done to fit my busy schedule. He was also able to work out a way for me to leave my tailgate at Gerber while they repaired it. The same day I had the estimation, I left my tailgate, and it was done the NEXT DAY. Where do you get that kind of service?!? I could tell that this team really cares about the customer and customer satisfaction. Everyone was extremely polite and always made me feel like I was important and top priority. Thank you Gerber Collision for an excellent repair I will definitely be back with all my future auto body work. You rock!
