Gail at the front desk is top notch from beginning to end of the transaction. She answered all my questions and took care of getting my car into and out of repair within a few days, making sure to contact Enterprise for my rental, and finalized everything for me. The work on my Honda looks like brand new. Kadoos to Gerber and Gail.

The lift-gate on my 2009 Toyota Highlander needed replacement along with the motor. Toyota wouldn't do anything about it so I had to pay out of pocket for it. Anyway, I finally took it to your shop and have been pleasantly surprised at the great atmosphere at the location from each employee. The estimate was, it would take about 5 or 6 days to complete with all the work involved. It was actually ready in 3 days and looked like it had just come from the showroom. The manager, Stanley Adamczyk and his associates were top of the line employees and I will highly recommend this location to anyone I meet. I have used several other body shops in different states and have never had the feeling when I left that I did at this location. Don't let your employees get away. Good people are too hard to find these days! (From a Happy Camper)

I just wanted to drop a note about my recent experience at your High Point location. I initially dreaded getting bumper repairs done to my car (because of past experiences with other companies). And the first company USAA referred me to never even answered the phone or called me back. Gerber was great. Mona and Kimberly were very helpful through the whole process. I appreciated the text updates. After dropping the car off I was told at the end of the first day that more damage was found and they needed some additional parts but would try to meet the initial 2-day turnaround. The next day I got a call and I expected it was to tell me a revised completion date, which it was, but to my surprise my car was done (in 1 day instead of 2). I was impressed The quality of the work looks great and I've had no problems so far. My only complaint is ... that now the rear end looks so good that it makes the rest of the car look not so good. So I guess I'll have to come back sometime and get some touch-up on the rest of the car. Thanks again to your team for doing a good job and for taking care of their customers so well. read more

I brought my car in for an estimate for some collision damage and the assessor quickly determined that the damage was limited to a fender piece coming apart from clips and needed no other repair. He then took the car into the shop, removed the tail light to get at the clips, reset the fender piece and replaced the tail light. All took about 15 minutes and he did so free of charge. I liked the honesty and the extra care for customer satisfaction. Thank you
