Molly and Sunny S. are excellent representatives of this company. Molly is always cheerful and factual. Sunny S.'s nickname for me is, "Mr. Service." They are always kind, considerate, courteous and true to their word. Their feedback is awesome and you can count on them dong exactly what they said. The workmanship of the repairs exceeds my expectations. As a Pastor, my schedule is always "tight." They work with me to make sure that we all are expecting the same outcome. The customer service was excellent at the Greensboro location. The repair work to be done on my car was explained to me in detail. The rear fender on my car was damaged and protruding which could possibly caused damage to other cars and created a hazard for runners and cyclist. Mallory, the service rep., said she did not want to see me driving the car with the protruding fender and asked the shop if they could fix it so I could drive safely until my scheduled time for final repairs. I got a repair estimate from another collision repair facility before I visited Gerber and they indicated they could not temporarily repair the fender. On 12/28/2015 a had my Jeep Cherokee towed to Gerber Collision in Holly Springs, NC following an automobile accident. The very next day I was contacted by Chris who explained Gerber's step-by-step process in which my Jeep would be returned to my in the condition prior to the accident. Chris contacted my at least 2/week with an update of where they were in the process and when my Jeep would be ready and they actually started a few days earlier than anticipated. He also explained a problem they were having with the rear axil shaft/axil housing and in some cases this could total the Jeep. His next update determined only the shaft needed replacing and they were on track to finish. A couple of items did not fit up correctly but they took their time and finished it correctly. Gerber made things very easy for us when we had to get our truck fixed. Everything ran smoothly. We received texts and/or phone calls every couple of days to give us updates on how things were going. The work they did was great. They really matched up the paint color great too. Thank you for all y'all did. Your company has great service, and we would definitely recommend y'all to others.
