I want to commend Melissa R. for doing an excellent job of making me comfortable at the time when I was upset & having lots of trouble handling the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about what needed and why. She was caring and concerned when explaining everything. But most importantly she is sincere and goes above and beyond. Melissa's communication was most important in my dealing with my ins. co with out her weekly follow up calls I would not have been able to have a good understanding through this very long ordeal. Melissa was my advocate at a time when I needed it the most.

I had an excellent experience at Gerber and my car was ready before the projected completion date. In addition the final total was actually less then the original estimate. When does that happen? So I could not recommend Gerber more highly and their customer service was uniformly top-notch.

Gerber Collision did an excellent job on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I had significant body damage to my car and the job required a disassemble and paint. Throughout the repair process Jennifer kept me up to date on my car repairs. Furthermore, in the event that my insurance company might not extend my rental reservation, Gerber assured me that they would provide a vehicle if need be. I would highly recommend Gerber and their work is 100% guaranteed!
