Im very very pleased with my service I received from gerber. Everyone was helpful in assisting me with making sure I got my rental car and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. My experience with Andrew from Gerber was great! He walked me through everything step by step, he called me with regular updates. When I did have a question he called me back promptly. I never felt I was out of the loop. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm very happy with their customer service. My car looks great. If needed, I would go back to Gerber no questions ask.

The customer service was excellent at the Greensboro location. The repair work to be done on my car was explained to me in detail. The rear fender on my car was damaged and protruding which could possibly caused damage to other cars and created a hazard for runners and cyclist. Mallory, the service rep., said she did not want to see me driving the car with the protruding fender and asked the shop if they could fix it so I could drive safely until my scheduled time for final repairs. I got a repair estimate from another collision repair facility before I visited Gerber and they indicated they could not temporarily repair the fender. Gerber volunteered to fix it so I could drive safely. The final repair work was excellent and the car looks like a brand new car.
