To begin with, the employees are exceptionally polite,caring and very dedicated to their job, that is so important at first, we felt assured leaving our car for the repair, Our contact person Mr. Chris who took care of our car was very deligent in providing us some updates by calling us from start to finish, the repair was quick and it looks like nothing happened to our car. I will never wish to see these guys again for sure, but i am assured that if something happens to one of my cars again these is the best GerberCollision location to choose.

Exceptional job I ask when the job was done for a show room shine and got that and much more. My Mother's car just didn't look Exceptionally Great the interior was cleaned as well as the windows. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GERBER TO EVERYONE I KNOW THANK YOU FOR FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

I stopped by Gerber Collision & Glass to seek help with a window. The young lady at the front desk was very customer oriented. She was friendly, kind, and attentive. I told that I rolled down my window in my vehicle and that I could not get it rolled back up. I was fearful that the rain was going to flood my vehicle, the devil is a lie. She went to the back and came back with her team, Mr. Ty and Mr. Larry. Less than 15 minutes, they had me ready to go. Guess what? I asked how much the service was and they told me nothing. Let me tell you God is so good and there are still kind souls in this world. Thank you so much!!

My van's hood was damaged from debris on the highway and required repairing and repainting the hood. I just picked the vehicle up and it looks spectacular. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from speaking with Molly initially and then the estimate and intake with Lois. Talk about customer service! These people should be the face for the standard of customer service. They are always willing to go out of their way to help you, and got my car in and out after a major collision- very quickly! I am forever grateful for this team! Greg was an amazing help as well as their front desk representative. Cannot recommend place enough!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. I was frequently updated with the repair progress. The team advocated for parts that would return my car to its original condition. The repair was completed 2 days earlier than expected and I was pleasantly surprised to find my car had been washed and vacuumed. Thank you for a great experience!
