I like their repair service and interaction with customers. they have repaired my Car prior to the actual date committed. they took care of Rental car and they interacted with my Insurance agent for everything without troubling me.

The service was great. Set the expectation for when work would be done and hit the mark. The understanding that you have been in an accident and really not feeling great was put aside by their attention to detail and compassion. While I hope not to have to use them anytime soon (because I do not want to be in another accident), I would easily go back again if I had to!

All the upfront personnel were pleasant and professional. The receptionist, Gail, was quick to take care of the needs and paperwork both at check in and check out. Kevin provided the estimate for the repair and explained the entire process and what could be expected. He estimated up to 3 days to complete the repair. I turned the vehicle in at 9 am Tuesday and had it back mid-day Thursday. I looked new again. These folks appear to have the repair business down to a science. I know that I would definitely return for any other repairs that I needed done. They are certainly worth trying.
