Both Kelly and Brittany were extremely professional. I appreciated receiving text messages about the status of my vehicle repair. Kelly called me several times to let me know how things were going as well. Accidents happen but when it's not your fault and your new car is only 9 months old it's extremely upsetting! Most of all I like the lifetime guarantee they provide. Thanks for everything!

I was very, very please with the friendliness and professionalism of every single employee at this Gerber Collision repair shop. From the moment I arrived (early on a Monday morning when most workers aren't smiling), they greeted me with a smile and a firm welcoming handshake. I really appreciated Rodney's spot-on explanation of the process and amount of time required for the repairs. They even accommodated my work schedule for dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Exceptional customer service. Topping everything off, my vehicle was returned ahead of schedule.
