In fact, we received our car sooner than the estimated computer date. The repairs are flawless and our back bumper appears brand new. Our car was even cleaned and shiny upon pickup. What a great experience! Amelia at the Mooresville office was sweet, thorough, incredibly competent, and professional. She made me feel that my car would be repaired fully and the insurance co. of the boy who hit my car would pay for it fully. She also asked if I would mind having my car be serviced in Hickory. They could start right away. I agreed. Then Tim C. called to confirm my car was being transferred to Hickory. He was polite and authoritative . He assured me that he would continue updating me on the progress of my repair. I was grateful to know how things progressed and felt that my car was in good hands, Tim's. Both Tim and Amelia made this accident less consuming. I no longer worried about my car and that was wonderful! Thanks for the great professionalism! Absolutely a fantastic experience! I had some paint and scrapes on the back, passenger wheel well, and came in for an estimate. The estimator (Steve?) came out, took a look, got some rags and products and cleaned it up in 10 minutes. I asked how much, he said nothing. How often does that happen? On a hot, muggy day, Gerber on Ice drive went above and beyond! I'd give them 6 stars if I could

GREAT! Rodney and Jill were a pleasure to deal with. When I took the car in Rodney said there were two possible fixes. I chose the less expensive option. He asked if I could leave the car for a couple of days and I said yes. It turned out to be LESS THAN ONE DAY! AND -- the car was washed and vacuumed (both badly needed). I hope I don't need body work again but if/when I do it will be there.

My car had significant hail damage. The PDR process was used for the repairs. The work was exceptional. I was skeptical about the ability to repair some of the most significant damage, but the car looks brand new. They worked with the insurance company to cover all of the cost, even though there was a large gap between the two estimates. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.There was one minor "adjustment" needed on the fit of an interior component, that was handled on the spot. Thanks to the Gerber Team for a job well done.

The service was fast, professional, and for this to be the first accident I had ever had through an insurance company that wasn't mine, this was easy to understand. Connie at the front desk was nice and polite every time we talked and Charles was polite and professional but down to earth.
