You don't know me, but my auto was recently damaged during a maintenance at AAA South Square. AAA brought you my auto to repair. you did an awesome job of replacing my driver's side door. I was most impressed by the paint job -- no one I asked could tell that it was a new door!!! even better, my window was sticking in the down position before the repair - and now it works just fine! I will certainly keep you all in mind if (God forbid) I have an accident and need repairs. Thanx for doing such a great job, even though you would not be meeting the "actual" owner of the auto

Body damaged was fixed in timely manner on our 2016 Honda HRV. When driving the car the next day, my wife noticed a noise of something flapping in the wheel well of the area that was fixed. She took the car back in, and the loose bracket was fixed right then and there. Very professional staff.

I brought my car in for an estimate, yes, it was minor damage, a car had scraped the rear fender and back door and left white paint on my brown car. Charlotte, the Gerber estimator, took a close look at the damage, and with a rag and some magic fluid, she removed the white paint and the car looked good as new. Not what I was expecting. Thank you to Charlotte and Gerber, for an exemplary encounter with customer satisfaction in the forefront. Should the occasion ever arise, I will be back. Thanks again.

I am visiting from ND, got caught in hail. Gail was very helpful setting up my repairs, even called me when she received the paperwork I sent to her as could not fax it. The manager called when the car was started and told me that there was a slight delay, all very helpful. They were a joy to work with and wish the company had one in ND.

Hi, I had Noutstanding experience with Gerber in Durham (15/501). The first time we got hit backing out and needed our trunk and bumper to be repaired. Not only was the job done Perfectly (looks like new, works perfectly and the price was reasonable, they were Sooo nice. They even allowed me to see some of the work as it was being completed which was kind of them and I learned a lot about the process. So I would highly recommend them, and would definitely go back (I just went back this week with a question about my car, and though it didn't require Gerber to intervene so were very nice to talk to me).
