The receptionist was outstanding! efficient and cheerful when I wasn't particularly happy! My Service representative, Rebecca, was, also, efficient and couldn't have been any nicer to deal with- My car looks outstanding! The part fixed looks brand new.

Received my car back 10 days earlier than expected. That allowed me to turn in my rental car early and save money. The repair to my car was fantastic. My car drives great and looks exceptional. I cannot even tell it was in a wreck. The painter Chad S. did an outstanding job on matching my paint. It is beautiful. Kelly called me twice a week to let me know how things were progressing. I was well pleased with my service.

This was unquestionably the best experience I have ever had with an auto body/collision repair shop. The people (front desk, estimator) were professional, competent, friendly and nice. The final repair of extensive hail damage to virtually all surfaces looks fantastic! Just like new. And it was all completed in 3 days, just as they said it should be. I will recommend Gerber to others.
