The staff at this location were very helpful and courteous. I appreciate that I was updated on the progress of repairs to my car several times during the repair. The convenience of the rental car company being positioned at the Garner location was a pleasant and unexpected convenience. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I was very pleased with the results.

Walter and his team took very good care of me when I needed to replace a bumper on my Corolla. The car was vacuumed, my bumper sticker was retrieved and replaced. The work looked like new. Work proceeded on time and was explained so I could understand what was done. All the employees with whom I dealt were personable and professional in manner.

In fact, we received our car sooner than the estimated computer date. The repairs are flawless and our back bumper appears brand new. Our car was even cleaned and shiny upon pickup. What a great experience! Amelia at the Mooresville office was sweet, thorough, incredibly competent, and professional. She made me feel that my car would be repaired fully and the insurance co. of the boy who hit my car would pay for it fully. She also asked if I would mind having my car be serviced in Hickory. They could start right away. I agreed. Then Tim C. called to confirm my car was being transferred to Hickory. He was polite and authoritative . He assured me that he would continue updating me on the progress of my repair. I was grateful to know how things progressed and felt that my car was in good hands, Tim's. Both Tim and Amelia made this accident less consuming. I no longer worried about my car and that was wonderful! Thanks for the great professionalism! Absolutely a fantastic experience! I had some paint and scrapes on the back, passenger wheel well, and came in for an estimate. The estimator (Steve?) came out, took a look, got some rags and products and cleaned it up in 10 minutes. I asked how much, he said nothing. How often does that happen? On a hot, muggy day, Gerber on Ice drive went above and beyond! I'd give them 6 stars if I could
