My experience at the Garner Gerber Collision center was exceptional. From the appointment availability, friendly greetings, and quick estimate service, to the speedy repair time, I can say they are nothing less than excellent. Roger Christley was my point-person and was great at explaining the procedures, keeping me up-to-date by telephone, mostly exceeding my expectations. he had truly made not only my day, but my entire month by going above and beyond. Usually I consider having my car repaired as a hassle, but my experience here was anything but. I am so happy to have my car back looking brand new! Thank you!!

After having an accident on my way to see family, Easter weekend 2016 I was sent to GC&G. I was very worried about the severity of the damages my car had received. Jeff handled my case start to finish. He made me feel confident and assured I had brought my car to the right place. He kept me updated the whole time on the progress of my car. He told me they would get only the very best replacement parts and they did. My car looked brand new when they were finished. They had even washed it and vacuumed the interior. I would absolutely recommend GC&G to my friends and family. Jeff is the kind of employee that makes this company great!

She went above and beyond to ensure my boss would be taken care of. Each time I placed a call to Gail she remembered not only who I was but also my boss and the needs of his vehicle. This location did a factory like new job on the body work for my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. It was hit all along the right side. The work they did is perfect. Paint, panel joins, and seals perfectly smooth and blended. The work was done within the promised time frame. They even came under their initial estimate for cost! The people were friendly and Charlie Stanley answered all questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend them.

From the time I called to make an appointment, to the time I picked up my car, I received 100% top notch, professional service at the High Point, NC location. Mona is so personable and knowledgeable, and she explained everything that would happen as I moved through the repair process. Kimberly was the same way- from the time she inspected my car, through the follow-up phone calls to keep me up to date, to the final call to tell me my car was ready, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The repairs were also top notch, and I really appreciate that they thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out, as well. The car looks fantastic, and I had a great experience. Thank you!!

Had an accident and had to have my car repaired, front end and back end. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company and I've dealt with them before so I took it in. At first I was told it would be around July 11th when the car would be ready. Bill W. kept in contact with me the whole time with the process of the repairs. He said he hoped to have it ready sooner than the 11th. I got a call on the 29th of June saying my car would be ready the next day. I was shocked! Extremely fast service and the car looks great, practically brand new! I will always do service with Gerber. Great team, outstanding dedication to a timely repair! Highly recommended!!
