This was my first experience with Gerber, and I was very impressed. The work was performed in a very timely fashion and the quality was excellent. Two employees in particular were very helpful. Daniel was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions about the repair. At other places, I have felt like they are in a rush, talk in technical terms, and move on to the next customer. Daniel explained the process in a very clear way that was easy to understand. The other employee is Sonny. He is top notch! Walked me through the process, was very easy to talk to, presentable, and went the extra mile for my wife and I . The next time I need repairs, I will return to Gerber and ask for Sonny specifically.
