I just wanted to thank all of the friendly staff at Huntersville Gerber Collision & Glass. The entire repair went smoothly from start to finish. Andrew D. took the time to explain the estimate he prepared and answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I'd also really like to thank general manager David G. for cleaning my car spotless (inside and out). When I went to pick up my car after the repair was completed I was floored by how nice it looked. He went above and beyond and I'm grateful!! Thank you!

The staff at Gerber were all very professional and processed my claim without any glitches. Very friendly. Very helpful in every way. Whoever actually worked on my car did a superb job. I can't believe how well they matched the paint on my light green 8 year old car. I can't say enough good about this whole experience. I will certainly return here for work in the event I ever have the need for body work in the future.

From start to finish I was keep well informed by either text or Sonny. When I went to pick the car up he patiently went over everything and answered any questions I had. He really went above and beyond. Whenever something came up he called and made sure I had transportation. I will definitely be asking for him if we have to return!

The office staff was friendly and supportive with frequent status update and information about the repair process. Kacy was able to answer any questions I had. She worked seamlessly with my insurance to get the repairs assessed, and completed quickly. The repair process was completed ahead of the estimated date and the results are fantastic. I am very pleased with the results and Gerber in Mooresville has earned a customer for life.
