On the day Hurricane Matthew arrived, My son tells me his driver's side window has stopped in the down position. I spoke with Celia (I think) at the 800 line. She found and spoke with the FAYETTEVILLE Raeford Rd store ( 0.4 miles from me) and Nate had me come in quickly. They completely solved me problem putting the window up before the rain started! The mechanics, Rob & Dave I think, did everything they could while Melissa sat with us and gave us referral sources for mechanical work that needed to be done! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Matthew flooded our home that day BUT NOT OUR CAR!!! We will never forget you guys! Lastly, they refused to accept any payment for helping us through the emergency! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

With our initial pick up there was minor glitch with color and William came out and assessed the situation and was able to fix it within a few days with no additional charges. We are very pleased with the outcome. Very appreciative and would highly recommend to family and friends.
