Great Service! Rodney T. was great. I hit a deer the Monday before Thanksgiving and Rodney got me in the next day. My vehicle was ready a full week ahead of schedule and I was back on the road! Loved the text updates on status of repairs. Jill at the front desk was also great. She made the check in and out seamless and gave me great info about rental pick up and drop off that saved me a lot of time and headaches. No one likes to have their car damaged, but the crew at the Holly Springs, NC shop made it as painless as possible. Many Thanks!

It's never a good thing to be involved in a car accident but it's nice to know that you will be well taken care of. Gerber Collision and Glass has really impressed me with their service and communication keeping me informed of the progress while working on my truck. The staff was great and very professional. They were fast and very efficient in getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner of 3 days. I want to thank the lady at the front desk and Kimberly Q. for their help and kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair....you will be very pleased.

Thank you very much for the good service you did on my 2016 kia soul, i never met such wonderful people, the wonderful lady at the front desk, i have a card here of the name of samantha h. i dont know if that were her name, but she ran the front desk, and was very nice to my husband and i when we came to get the car it was dark, and dont ride at nite , and we told her, and she was very concerned about us getting home, like i said, i dont know if her name was samantha, but she worked the front desk in high point gerber, kimberly q. who did the estimation was also very nice and polite to me, i am very happy with gerber collision, and its workers, plus the detail man who bought the car out did a very good job cleaning the car up for me, and he was very polite, i dont know his name but he was big built black man, and i couldnt have asked for ... read more
