I always knew the status of my vehicle and the anticipated completion date. Every person I dealt with was kind, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future

My car was hit by another driver while it was parked. Gerber put me in contact with an associated towing company. Gerber's customer service was excellent. Once repairs were arranged with the other driver's insurance, Gerber coordinated with them on my behalf. Text message updates were provided during the repair. The paint matching was not quite perfect, but it is barely noticeable and it is understandable given the age of my car. One headlight cover was damaged in the accident. Gerber convinced the other driver's insurance company to pay to buff out the undamaged headlight cover to match the replaced one. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I left my rental car at Gerber and they arranged for its return.

I've used this Gerber location twice after being hit on the road. Service was excellent and I think they even went out of their way and refilled my windshield wiper fluid! I would not hesitate to use them again.
