I've had a rough couple of weeks. I was rear ended October 31st and while it's never easy dealing with the aftermath of an accident. Brent and Gerber quickly and efficiently had me scheduled for repair that same day! After dropping my vehicle off in the morning, I got a phone call that my grandmother, who lived in another state, had passed away. I was devastated. I called Brent to see if I could postpone my repairs so I could drive to her funeral. Brent immediately arranged for a rental for me and treated me with such care. I was completely overwhelmed and very touched. THIS is customer care and service. When I returned to town my vehicle was better than new. It was perfect. I left Gerber with a huge smile on my face.
