I have had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision of Cary! They have been incredibly flexible with scheduling my appointment. The really great part of my experience began when I dropped my car off for an estimate. Gail especially has been more than kind and accommodating with getting me checked in and the process started. It is so refreshing to walk into a place of business and be able to tell they take their job seriously, but also enjoy working there. You can tell this location is full of great, motivated, professional and positive people. Definitely would come back to Gerber Collision for any future needs!

An absolutely wonderful place to get damage repaired. They promised to complete the work in one day and made it happen. We were passing through Havelock in our RV and are very glad we chose to go to Gerber. The people there are highly skilled and great to work with.

I trust my car at this Gerber's, they only repair what needs to be repaired and they don't try to get more money out of the insurance co. They have repaired my Lexus twice this year and you cannot tell, the paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new when they finish. They call and keep you up to date when the car will be ready. THANKS GERBER

Friendly, efficient service. I was rear ended by a person insured by Progressive. Car was finished ahead of schedule and looked great. Showroom was clean and attractive. Customer Service was very good. I was kept apprised of the repair schedule and car was finished a week ahead of the anticipated date. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision to a friend or family member.
