I had the most wonderful experience Monday January 16, 2017 and today, January 19, 2017, at your shop at 5010 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, N. C. 28208. Your General Manager and staff are the best and I am giving a rating of #12. The service given was ( TOPS). I had my left rear taillight covering replaced and every effect was made for (Customer's Satisfaction). Thanks for a Great Team!!!!!!!!!!

All of the staff I encountered at Ice Drive were friendly, knowlegdeable and very committed to make my visit/rental and repair as easy as possible. Their close relationship with Enterprise Glenwood Ave. made for a very comfortable transition to my rental. I highly recommend this location for repairs.

Very pleased with the outcome of the car. It looks great. Sitting in limbo towards the end of the repair was nerve wrecking but it was not the fault of gerber. Customer service was great.

Though it was a car accident that prompted my need for services from Gerber, it was a pleasure working with the people in this office. They were friendly and attentive and they certainly made this aspect of the experience easier for me. If I ever need to use an auto body repair shop in the future, I will certainly know where to go.

I have a gray metallic color on my Lexus and they replaced the front fender. I was afraid no one could perfectly match the paint but it matches perfect! It couldn't have been better. And all within 24 hours.
