Gail & Lee did an exceptional job in all aspects of my 2nd experience at Gerber!!! Since they are an authorized Allstate Certified collision repair shop 3 years ago repaired (at no charge to me) a repair in Oregon that went wrong and was covered by the Allstate coverage! Kudos to this great shop!!

Outstanding service and quality work from the very first time I brought the vehicle in. Gerber in Mooresville worked especially hard to meet specific timing, even after they found more extensive damage once the car was in the shop. The scheduling software said the repair would require and extra week and a half, but the staff was great in understanding my needs and ensuring that I could get the car back for some critical holiday travel -- they really saved me by cutting 5 working days off the estimated time and returning my car early. And it is beautiful! I highly recommend Gerber in Mooresville, NC.

Gail was the first person I spoke to at your establishment and the last to wish me a farewell after just 2 days of repair work. Gail is cheerful, enthusiastic, and a worthy representative of your company. You could not ask for a better interface between Gerber Collision and Glass and the public and I have nothing but the highest accolades for her.

The Chapel hill team are my Xmas angels. I called on 12/19/16 from Atlanta asking if they would please help my daughter make it back home here and i would pay whatever it would take. My daughter was working in Durham this week when she damaged her passenger door which would not close or allow her to drive safely. The front desk (Laurie?)told me to see if she could make it the next day 12/20/16 in which my daugher did that morning. The Tech fixed the door safely in less then hour. When my daugher asked how much she was told no charge just have a safe trip back to Atlanta. Thank you so much Chapel Hill and Merry Xmas..

I'm extremely satisfied with repairs completed on my vehicle. The staff was personable and friendly. Estimator, Bill W, ensured I was kept up to date on the progress and repairs were complete in a timely manner. Mechanics even went above and beyond to replace items that were missing off certain parts on the engine. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in need of repair to their vehicle.

I had a repair that I was paying for out of pocket and Bill went above and beyond to find me the most cost effective option for my repair. Once the parts were in, my car was repaired within 48 hours. Bill was great to work with and I would definitely use Gerber again.
