Five stars, no question about it. Tim C. provided top notch info on what would happen and kept me in the loop as repairs progressed. His upbeat and professional attitude take the "hurt" out of having to undergo collision repairs. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom. You cannot ask for more than that! Thanks to both Tim and the repair staff who worked on my vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to refer others to the Hickory Gerber Collision Center!

Best Body Shop Experience Ever!!! I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. Hats off to Tex C. (general manager) who was always responsive and did a great job of keeping me informed. Tex is a very nice person who obviously cares about his work. They took care of even the smallest detail without question and my car was like brand new when I got it back. I would highly recommend them (and I already have) to anyone looking to get their car repaired from an accident. Thank you Tex and the team--Great job guys!

My husband and I were super impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and helpfulness of Mr. Bill W. and his team. They did a great job and did it sooooo much faster than we ever imagined. We were also blessed by the assist they gave on coordinating a rental for us.
