The team at Gerber was fantastic and did a wonderful job on my Toyota that needed body work due to a deer collision. Frank was extremely knowledgeable in assessing the damage and kept me updated and informed the entire time my car was with them. My car looked good as new when I picked it up. It was also very convenient and helpful that they coordinated with Enterprise as well. Very friendly staff and an overall great experience.

From the time my son brought me to Gerber and we met Stephen M., the Repair Process Manager, through the process of the estimate and finally to the finished outstanding workmanship product, Stephen and the team at Gerber did an outstanding job. The work is flawless and Stephen M. spent quality time inspecting and estimating, explaining the process in detail and upon receipt of the completed project, he had even taken the personal time to buff out a small scuff. The workmanship is professional and I just can't say enough about the friendly, professional, and customer service focused attention I received by Stephen M. We will bring all our work to Stephen and the Gerber folks on Miami. Thanks Stephen.

The front desk employees were very kind as well. Very pleasant with greeting, offering coffee and taking time to ask how my day was going. Very welcoming.
