You were just so reassuring that you were going to handle everything and you did. Sometimes being a woman you are made to feel stupid about car repairs and I never felt that way with you. My son could not be there with me because of work obligations and Mona substituted as my son.

The moment I walked in the Garner shop , the ladies were very helpful and attentive. They called the rental car location and within minutes the rental had arrived. Thomas went outside with me and explained how the repair process worked. During the days my vehicle was being repaired, Thomas kept us informed with phone calls and text messages. We actually received it days ahead of schedule. I would like to thank the technician who completed the work....it looks AWESOME. HANDS DOWN 5 STARS *****

A friend of mine told me about this place, never have I heard of Gerber.. Thought it was a baby food company. Lol! Stopped in for an estimate, the folks there are very nice , courteous and it didn't take long at all to get the estimate and the pricing is cheaper than the other two places I went by! Thanks Y'all

This is the second time my car has been fixed after a collision at Gerber in Huntersville, NC. The first time, they fixed $8,000 worth of damage to my car following a hit and run by an 18-wheeler. This most recent time, I was rear-ended and had about $1,500 worth of damage to my car. Each time, Gerber did an outstanding job. They left my car super clean on the inside and outside, and the damage from the accidents was no longer present. This most recent time, they also fixed my car in just a couple of days, when I was expecting it to take over a week. I would absolutely take my car back to Gerber. Their customer service, regular updates on my car, and efficiency is outstanding.

I am more than satisfied with the collision repair work that was done on my car. When I went to pick it up, it looked as if I was never in an accident! The repair were done it about a week's time and was done in a timely manner. The staff at the Gerber in Greensboro, NC was also very helpful and friendly. If I ever needed to get collision repairs done to my car again, I would go back to Gerber without a doubt. I'm so happy to have my car back, thank you so much Gerber!!

I was in my first car accident a few weeks ago. The insurance agency suggested I take my car to Gerber Collison. They were wonderful. Super professional and easy to work with. For obvious reasons I hope to not be back but I would recommend Gerber to anyone!
