They did an awesome job with the bodywork after I was sideswiped . I was impressed how great it looked . Frank kept me in the loop as to the progress and the car was actually finished the day before the estimated completion time. He then gave me some contact information for some "leak" seekers as I have had a leak that no one can figure out.

My beautiful white Mercedes unfortunately was subject to someone's poor idea of a art project by using my car as a canvas for their black spray paint. I came to the shop thinking that I would have to schedule an appointment to leave my car to be fixed. But Brad went above and beyond, trusting his gut, he did a test spot, that worked! Brad was able to remove ALL of the spray paint from my vehicle...even the cracks & crevices of the door handle. After about 30 or so minutes, my car was like nothing ever happened. And after they did a courtesy wash, it was cleaner than it was before it had gotten spray painted. Thank you to the detail guy as well! And the icing on the cake was I did not have to pay my insurance deductible (bc I had made a claim originally)- the insurance paid for it! Walked me through repair process; answered all questions; called Enterprise car rental so I could rent car. All employees I dealt with were extremely patient, polite & efficient re handling my claim. Also kept me updated through repair process on a daily basis. The whole process was totally painless. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Today I went in to see Terry whom came highly recommended to me by HD. I ride a 2016 Street Glide Special Velocity Red . While parked, my bike fell victim to the dreaded domino effect. To me I just knew I would have to have both saddle bags totally re-painted. Terry assured me it was not that serious. He buffed them out and to my amazement they looked new again. Terry also gave me great advice on how to protect the bags from road debris. Terry was very knowledgeable , professional and positive Can-Do attitude turned a stressful day into relaxed day. Thank God for people you have working for you, keep up the good work Gerber!!!

Gail the service specialist/scheduler was great. Jon the person who took me in was great. Very pleasant atmosphere. Great people.

They were awesome! I filed through another insurance since I was rear-ended and not at fault. They were very patient and efficient when it came to dealing with that insurance company. I would definitely bring my car back to be fixed by them if needed. Daniel is amazing!
