My highly modified 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS was expertly repaired by the Gerber Collision staff in Rocky Mount, NC. I was kept updated regarding my car's repair status every Tuesday and Thursday while it was being fixed. Whenever I emailed or called, Jeremy N. made time to promptly answer all of my questions. He also handled the hassle of obtaining some aftermarket parts for my Camaro which needed to be replaced. When my car was returned to me, I was surprised because it looked brand new! It was obvious that the staff took meticulous care in fixing all of the damage to my vehicle. I am extremely happy with the high quality repairs and stellar customer service I received at the Rocky Mount Gerber Collision. They even helped me return my rental car and I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone in the area!

My ram 1500 was hit from behind by a big truck and pushed into several others. I thought it was totaled. Gerber made it look like new. They even fixed a few things not from the accident. They kept me updated with frequent texts and calls and delivered on time and for the price originally agreed. Really, top marks all around! If you need a collision expert, I wouldn't hesitate to call Gerber!

They did a great work, repairing two long-standing dents, and completed the job one day prior than estimated. The paint job was seamless with rest of car. I was extremely pleased. Note: I paid out of pocket; this was not an insurance claim.

The first time we had to get an estimate my wife and 2 year old had to go. The ladies in the front were very thorough and helpful. They did not make her feel insecure like most car places do. They kept us informed about what was going on.
