The collision service I received at this location was great! The welcoming was warm and everyone there displayed true professional customer service. The service for my repairs were quick and fast. I was really expecting them to take at least 5-7 business days to complete the work I needed done; however that was not the case. I took my truck to get estimates done on a Wednesday, an appointment was scheduled for that following Tuesday, and I received my truck back on a Thursday! When I saw my truck it looked brand new and I was super excited to have it back! If I ever need anything done to my vehicle or refer anyone Gerber Collision & Glass is it! The company was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Mallory and her team did a great job! Mallory just taking over as store manager was left with some issues, but she got everything done perfectly, and the job came in under the estimate cost. Second service there, lifelong customer now.

I was rear ended. I had used Gerber on ICE drive before when a deer hit me. Luckily the insurance company had Gerber on their preferred list. As always the service was excellent and timely. Rebeca was friendly and polite. She called me when my car was ready. All in all Gerber is my preferred Auto body expert.

I had a great experience with Gerber and my accident. Especially an employee named Kenyon(Spelling?) He was super informative and helped me understand everything that was happening with my vehicle and the repair. He definitely went above and beyond and I had no problems and was really satisfied!

It is wonderful to find people who are professional and friendly rending car service. I was very pleased and proud of the work done on my Honda Accord car. Brad T. a former student still make me proud of him. All of the staff was excellent. I will use the referral card and will use Gerber Collision & Glass service again if need be.

I just want to thank the incredible customer service team at this location. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and offered assistance with my vehicle right away. The service advisor recommended a cost efficient solution for my vehicle; by polishing my headlights instead of total replacement. I would definitely recommend this location for your vehicle service needs.

Tex C. General Manger of the location listed above was awesome!!!!!! My son was not responsible for the accident and State Farm was suppose to send the check to Gerber which they did not. So, TEX took care of the issue with no hesitation. I am a customer service manager for a large financial company and I wish all my employees took ownership the way that he did. great Job!!!!! He deserves a raise!!!!!!

I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my 2003 Malibu. My steering had gone out and I crashed into a fence. The passenger side and front headlight area were badly damaged. After I had the mechanical repairs made, Gerber took over to do the body repairs. I was given a very reasonable quote on cost and they kept me up date on how the repairs were going. They finished the work even sooner than the time I was given. The customer service and the work, in my opinion, was exceptional. I would gladly refer my friends any time they may need body work done.
