The first time we had to get an estimate my wife and 2 year old had to go. The ladies in the front were very thorough and helpful. They did not make her feel insecure like most car places do. They kept us informed about what was going on.

Bill and Paige were awesome!!! They keep me updated the entire process of my repairs going on. The rental car was great too!! It was nice picking up the rental care and dropping it off at the same place. It was so convenient. Great job and SUV looks great!!

They communicated well with me and kept me informed of progress. They were helpful in getting a rental for my wife. The work they did was excellent and we were quite pleased. They finished the repairs faster than I thought they would. I will definitely return if I need repairs and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I have needed to use body shops many times in the past. Never had an experience quite like this. Ryan M. greeted me as if he really appreciated my business. Jamie was sharp and professional and the best person to handle customers. I am thinking I'd like to get into another wreck just so I can come back.

When I took back the car it looked AMAZING! Not only did you do a great job with repair but the car came back absolutely spotless! It was deep cleaned and everything looked fabulous. One more thing. I wanted to say thank you to Tim C. Who I dealt with. There was a struggle with my loan company that stalled a little on me getting my car back after the repairs. Thanks to Tim for putting up with my calls and for bugging the loan company to release the check. He's a great guy!

Gerber Collision and Glass just completed bodywork on my car and I am very pleased with both the bodywork and the service. Charlie was my contact and he was wonderful. He was very professional and yet warm and friendly. He communicated daily as to where they were with the repair of my car. Who does that anymore? Gerber does. My car looks like a new car and Gerber even cleaned my car. Who does that anymore? Gerber does. In summary Gerber provided me prompt and professional service. I recommend them highly. They are the best!
