From beginning to end the process was a breeze. I came in for the initial visit for pictures alone to get an estimate and ended up with not leaving without my car because they found so many hidden things that were not safe for me to drive. They kept me informed by telephone and text. I was confident in them just from the first introduction. Ms. Mallory and her crew was phenomenal. When i walked into ger collision i was so friendly and warmly greeted by the receprionist gail she made me feel as though my car was the only car being serviced gail has a very concerning disposition about her which made me feel i picked the best collision company in cary nc. Her smile is very infectious. Was rear ended with minor bumper damage. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb. Mallory was very knowledgeable with the damage estimate pointing out the exact areas and their severity. Jamie kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and explained the entire process step by step. The technicians did a superb job of paint matching, everything looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Would definitely recommend.

Joe W. and Thomas L. were very easy to work with and very friendly. I felt like I was in good hands from the very beginning and everyone took the time to explain things to me. Also the man working the front desk (Theo I believe) was also very friendly and professional. I felt all of the staff went above and beyond and the repair looks great!
