Great people! Estimate was done quickly and communicated clearly as to timing and what was needed. Coordinated with rental car folks too, no delays or hassles at all. Gail in front office was great too, as well as the estimator. Used this office as well on a prior repair and had the same solid and positive experience. Will use again, no question.

I dropped me vehicle off for collision repair on 11/30/17. I was nervous about trusting a new place that hadn't provided me service in the past. That's about the time I met Gail in your customer service area. She was very warm and welcoming. She arranged for my rental service to pick me up and explained the process of what I should expect with my repair. She made me feel like family and I was much more relaxed to leave my vehicle.

Recently, I dropped in to this Gerber location to get help on re-setting the windows program on our 2007 Lexus RX350. Though I was just a walk-in and the office was busy, one of the staff immediately me and re-programmed the windows. I really appreciated his willingness to assist me without an appointment. This particular Gerber shop has worked on both our Lexus and my Toyota Tacoma. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both repairs and will direct all my future business to Gerber. I will certainly recommend Gerber whenever I can.
