I was impressed with the quality of customer service provided by Gerber's, specifically the professionalism and attentiveness of Ms. Yue X. She gave me clear and complete explanations in response to my questions, kept me informed by phone as each step of the work proceeded, and drove me to and from home as my only means of transportation was the car in the shop.

Our car was totaled, and we were distraught. But, our experience with Gerber Cary made a difficult situation much more manageable. I have met customer service representatives who were courteous, polite, and attentive. But, Gail the receptionist at Gerber in Cary, was warm, supportive and generous with her time and personal interest in our situation. She was willing, not only to give us her undivided help, but to call any number of other staff members who could give us additional support. I am truly impressed and appreciative.
