Great place , the people greets you right at the door. with all smiling faces the wait isn't long at all. Mrs. T. is a fantastic customers service representative she took her time inspecting my car looking carefully at every detail and had me in a car rental before i even knew it such a great aspect to the company. Even when my car was done and i didn't have the money yet to get my car out the shop. she worked with all whole four months my car was there. She stayed in touch with throw the whole process, and even suggested me to get a credit care with synchrony financial worked out pretty good. So i'm really grateful for her and the services she provided. i will most definitely will bring my car back.

My truck was taken in to Gerber for repairs. Stephen informed me when to expect repairs to be made and ready for pick up. I received timely updates via text message on my phone. I was notified of repairs made, and ready for pick up on date promised. My truck is back in mint condition. Gail and Stephen were very professional, and knowledgable involving my truck. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for repairs. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

My Mazda CX5 had been rear ended. My car was in the shop for a couple of weeks. I appreciated the twice a week text messages to keep me appraised of the progress. The work was completed ahead of schedule, as we reached the ready for pick up date, I received multiple text messages per day from Brian P. The repair looks great, not only am I back to New Car condition, they detailed the car IN and OUT. I am very happy with the whole experience.
