I have been very pleased with the service handling the repairs to my GMC Envoy. Everyone was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the communication which allowed me to follow the repairs to my vehicle. I appreciate the staff and technicians doing everybody that was needed to make sure the vehicle was repaired and replacements parts were replaced to my standard and satisfaction. Once again thank you to everyone at Gerber in Monroe.

The body work and other items replaced were done very professionally. The paint was matched well and I can tell the time was taken to get it right. The car was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up which was extremely nice. The car was done a day earlier than was expected. Overall very happy with the work done.

everyone was very nice & friendly-they were very informative about what i needed done -i dropped my car off @ 8:30 one day and it was ready the next day @4pm- it looked like nothing had every happened to it --it looked like it did when i bought it new 8 months ago-i was told i had a lifetime warranty on what they fixed if i wasn't pleased--Kevin, Charlie & Paige were fantastic--if anyone ever runs into me again i know where i will go to get it fixed--thanks for getting my car to look new again

Your Durham shop did an outstanding job in repairing Clarissa's car. Brian provided a complete estimate and the work completed was excellent. There were not issues upon completion of the repair. The front bumper was replaced and the color match was perfect.matched The ladies in the front office were great in completing the take home transaction. Would use this location again if needed in a heart beat!
