My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Fairport was nothing less than fantastic. The unlucky victim of a rear-end collision, I initially thought that the damage was quite minor. However, a careful examination revealed it to be a good bit more serious than it appeared. And...it initially got worse. After I took my car to the folks at Gerber Collision, the supervisor called to ask me to go in and view what damage was uncovered once they began to remove necessary body panels. I did not like what I saw once things were uncovered. That experience, however, began a wonderful and ongoing collaboration as we discussed repair options and considered solutions that would give the best possible result. The wonderful team at Gerber found ways to deal with internal damage that resulted in a safe repair by using their best professional ... skill. My car looks like new with all work complete within the parameters of the insurance estimate. I could not be more pleased and certainly recommend this fine company to anyone dealing with damage to their vehicle...regardless of severity. I searched around quite a few places to have my new vehicle repaired. I choose the right place . The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I met the Estimator Semaj Stinson who was so helpful in explaining all that was to be done. He made out estimateI got an appointment shortly after. He called to say bring it in,and proceeded to keep me informed for each step when completed, until he called with the good news COME PICK IT UP!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place ,U could not be happier. I hope this gets through!! I SENT A PREVIOUS ONE NOT SURE IT GOT THROUGH
