NY - 5140 Commercial Dr, Yorkville - 6/26/25

Defiantly Five Star I had Collison repair done on my 2015 Kia Soll a few months ago which went great. Then last week I had a minor fender bender with my wife's Kia Sportage and brought it into Gerber to look at. Brian Y. was kind enough to look at the minor damage while we were there and fixed it without having to set up a separate appointment and with no cost to us. Thank you so much we appreciate it.

This place deserves more like a 10 star! Amy, Tammy and Angel are awesome! Wonderful group of people here that are very caring, understanding, compassionate and communitive and extremely friendly. They care about you like family. Tammy has the eyes of an Eagle and sees every little thing that's possibly wrong and that has to be fixed. Their system sends you messages as well to let you know how the repairs are going in. Angel checks in every Tuesday and Thursday to let you know how everything's going. And if you're still on track with the repair schedule. I suggest this place to everybody and I would never go anywhere else. Even have to give Angel a hug. This place made me feel better when I was in a devastating accident that I have never been in anything like that before. This place is the best! Seriously!

This is my second time going to Gerber collision for a repair after an accident and they have been wonderful both times. They are always incredibly professional and great at communicating. I always have a very positive experience with Gerber whenever I have needed repairs. Very prompt, easy to deal with (hometown feel), very thorough, remain in contact throughout repairs and the work is commendable. Never had to return it to have something touched up.
