The repair was done flawlessly, the job was completed when promised, and it was nice being able to leave the rental car at Gerber and they were going to be in contact with enterprise. It was a very good experience.

I damaged the front bumper of my 2021 Crosstrek. I bought a replacement piece online. I was unable to place the piece myself. I took it to the Subaru dealership, and they were also unsuccessful (although I am uncertain whether they actually attempted the repair. Finally, I took it to Gerber, who has previously done work for me. The young man behind the counter inspected the damage, identified the problem preventing insertion of the repair part, and fixed it within five minutes. He refused payment. I should have started there. Great body shop. Great employee!!

Once they received all of the parts they quickly contacted us to get the car in to be repaired. They maintained daily contact to keep us informed on how the repairs were progressing. We picked up the car today and it looks fantastic! They also cleaned the inside which was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs their vehicle repairs after an accident or who needs glass work done. Thank you Chris for the wonderful service.

I stopped by today just planning to ask what could be done with my bumper, someone hit me and left my car damaged. I met Matthew Madison, he looked my car told me everything that could be fixed and what couldn't, he asked me if I had time then, or if I needed to come back, he offered a ride I needed one to be able to leave it, I was able to wait and they fixed everything he said he could. Matthew was very helpful and polite, thank you him and his team, I'm very happy that they were able to fix my car! I already shared his information with a friend too!

Three years ago, Gerber replaced a door through my insurance and they gave me really good treatment from start to finish. Then I went back recently to have them look at my door hinge. They immediately took me in when I drove in to look at my problem, fixed the problem and I was so excited that they took such good care of me and solve my dilemma. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision And Glass for any of your collision needs.

Even though it took longer than anticipated, it was not their fault as GM had parts on back order. Once parts were received I got my car back in just a few days and it looks brand new!

Couldn't be more pleased. Everyone, from Colleen at the front desk to Mary who was the overall coordinator for my collision repair work, worked in a very professional manner to get my car back on the road. My calls never went to voice mail and if they needed to get back to me it was done in a very timely manner. As for the repair work, it looks like a new car!
